Terms of trade

1. General

2. Quotations and Orders

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  

• Orders are subject to acceptance by Tec-Stop Wiring Ltd and stock availability.
  

• Orders must include full product specifications and delivery instructions.
  

3. prices

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  

• Prices are subject to change without notice but will be confirmed upon order acceptance.
  

4. payment terms

• 30 Days End of Month (EOM): Invoices are due for payment 30 calendar days after the end of the month in which the invoice is dated.
  

• For example, an invoice dated 15th May would be due on 30th June.
  

• Payment must be made via BACS or bank transfer.
  

• Late payments may incur interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, as well as a statutory fixed fee in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  

5. Delivery

• Delivery dates are estimates only and time is not of the essence.

• Tec-Stop Wiring Ltd is not liable for any losses caused by late delivery.
  

• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery; title remains with Tec-Stop Wiring Limited until full payment is received.
  

6. returns & cancellations

• No returns accepted without prior consent.

• Returned goods must be in original condition and packaging suitable for re-sale.
  

• A restocking fee may apply.
  

• Cancellation during production will incur a charge reflecting components used and time spent at Tec-Stop Wiring Ltd’s. (The goods will be sent)
  

• Custom/Bespoke or non-stock items are non-returnable unless faulty.
  

7. warranty & liability

• Goods are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

• Custom or bespoke products warranty is limited to assembly only, damage or repair work conducted during inspection may be charged.
  

• Tec-Stop Wiring Ltd’s liability is limited to the replacement or repair of faulty goods or the refund of purchase price.
