Our packaging is made from recycled materials, including our signature green cartons. We’ve swapped plastic tape for paper tape, and every box is fully recyclable. Across our production site, all cardboard and waste packaging are sorted and recycled - closing the loop on materials use.
It’s important to select packaging materials with a low environmental impact and to consider the full life cycle of packaging products, from production to end-of-life, to further support sustainability.
2. Solar power on the roof
Our facility roof is fitted with solar panels, providing renewable electricity that powers our wiring harness assembly lines and reduces dependency on grid energy. It’s a practical step towards Net Zero manufacturing - and it powers every product we make.
3. Low-emission logistics
Local deliveries are handled by our VW Caddy Euro 6 vans, chosen for their low-emission engines. For national and international shipments, we partner with DHL, whose sustainability strategy complements our ESG goals. This combination helps reduce transport-related emissions for every control panel, wire harness and vehicle wiring product we deliver.
4. Recycling and waste reduction
We reuse and recycle at every opportunity - from offcut copper and stripped cable to internal drums and packaging. Our cut-to-length wiring strategy helps reduce waste before it’s even created, improving efficiency for both us and our clients.

These materials deliver the same flexibility and abrasion resistance as traditional rubber but with a significantly lower environmental footprint. By repurposing production offcuts or reclaimed jacketing, we’re able to reduce material waste and the need for virgin resources - without compromising on strength or reliability.
While recycled rubber is not typically used within live insulation layers - where strict safety and dielectric standards apply - it’s ideal for outer protection in industrial, automotive and low-voltage applications. Every material we select is carefully tested to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality assurance and relevant electrical performance standards.
Bio-based alternatives
Next-generation polymers offer excellent durability and insulation performance while reducing reliance on fossil fuels. When combined with our energy-efficient manufacturing processes, they form a key part of our long-term goal to reduce embodied carbon in every wiring harness, cable assembly and control panel we produce.
